On Tour


Pro golfer, Cole Howard was born on August 21, 1985 in Fort Worth, Texas.  He began playing golf at the age of 12 and played golf at Burleson High School in Burleson, Texas where he was inducted into the BISD Sports Hall of Fame in 2013.  He played at McLennan Community College, where he earned NJCAA All-American honors in 2006. He then transferred to play golf and graduate at The University of North Texas.

Cole turned pro in 2008, playing on several mini-tours. He currently plays on the Web.com Tour.  He has two wins on the Adams Golf Pro Tour and another on the NTPGA Players Tour.  Cole qualified and played in the 2012 US OPEN at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.  Primarily a self-taught golfer, he does not list anyone as his golf instructor, but credits Coach Vince Clark from McLennan Community College as his mentor for success and currently continues to rely on him for support.

Cole is 6′ 1″, 185 lbs., and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.  His parents are Marion and Eleesa Howard.  He has one sister and brother-in-law, David and Ashlee Whitehead.  He lists his family and friends as his greatest supporters and motivation.  Hunting and fishing are his passion when not pursuing success on the golf course.
